Lunch
We took the remaining Caramelized Lamb, reheated it while finishing cooking two Panini Rolls and served with Kumato and Garlic Spread.
- The Lamb is $2.75 per serve
- A Panini Roll is 63c
- Five Kumato were $3.49 and we had one each, or 70c per serve
- Add 50c for Garlic Spread.
A very tasty roll for $4.58 per serve.
Dinner
A simple meal where we steamed the remaining Chicken Legs and served with Vietnamese Salad.
- The Chicken Leg is $1.75 per serve
- Savoy Cabbage was $1.63 and we used about half, or 41c per serve
- Carrots were $1.50 and we used half, or 36c per serve
- Add 15c for seasoning.
A tasty and quick meal for $2.67 per serve.
