We split a chicken breast across two sandwiches and topped with the stuffing from the bird.
- The bread was Au$0.44 per serve
- The chicken breast Au$1.25 per serve with the stuffing
- Hummus added Au 30c per serve.
A decent sandwich for Au$1.99 (US$1.39) per serve.
Dinner
As we are clearing out Foodie Philip’s mother’s home, we found some frozen carrot and cheddar soup that we defrosted, heated and enjoyed her cooking again.
This has been a long term favorite of Foodie Philip and was still very enjoyable..
