Lunch
For lunch we had our favorite sandwich: a Bahn Mi from our local Vietnamese restaurant. A great sandwich for $8.75 per serve with tax and tip.
Dinner
Avoiding the oven we prepared pork chops in a frying pan and while they rested stir fried mushroom and bok choy. We added mushroom to the recipe.
- The pork chops were $11.84 or $5.92 per serve
- The mushrooms were $2.49 or $1.25 per serve
- The bok choy was $1.99 or $1.00 per serve
- Add 30c for sauce ingredients.
A very nice dinner for $8.47 per serve.
