Dinner
The Ham came direct from Aldi to sous-video bucket, to be served with Dec 20: Sous-vide Ham, Garlic Sage Spätzle and Choucroute.
- The Ham was was $6.21 and tonight’s meal for four used about ⅓, or 42c per serve
- Garlic Sage Spätzle was $4.49 or 90c per serve
- The Choucroute is 78c per serve.
The Ham was perfectly juicy and flavorsome and the meal worked very well for $2.10 per serve.
