Dec 10: Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast with Folded Eggs

For lunch we ventured out and picked up a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with Fries for for $11.85 per serve.

Dinner

For Fishy Friday we slipped the last of our Smoked Salmon on to Avocado Toast and topped with Folded Eggs.

• The Italian Bread is 38c per serve
• The Fuentes Avocado was give to us by a friend
• The Smoked Salmon adds 59c per serve
• Add 76c for two Pastured Eggs.

The small amount of Smoked Salmon flavored the whole dish, which was very good for $1.83 per serve.
