Lunch
For lunch we cooked a prepared Porcini Mushroom Risotto for $1.00 per serve with discount from Amazon Fresh. It was very good.
Dinner
Once again it was time for Rack of Lamb, which we roasted instead of sous vide in the hope of better rendering the fat.
- The Rack of Lamb was $28.69, but we split that into two meals of two each, or $7.17 per serve
- Arugula adds 30c per serve
- The Feta adds 68c per serve
- The Pomegranate was $1.78 or 89c per serve.
There was some extra rendering of the fat, but it still ate as being quite fatty, even leaving most of the fat behind. Still, a very tasty meal for $9.02 per serve.
