Our San Diego friend took us out to brunch at a nearby cafe, where the Foodies had a very good Eggs Benedict.
Dinner
A simple “Meatless Monday” meal of Folded Eggs on Avocado Toast with Chili Onion Crisp.
- The Bread came back with us from San Diego
- Two Pastured Eggs are 78c per serve
- The Avocado was 49c or 25c per serve
- Add 30c for Chili Onion Crisp.
While simple, this is a very tasty meal for $1.33 per serve.
