Sep 4: Sous Vide Duck Breast with Bok Choy and Soba Noodles

Lunch

I think this is the longest break between Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwiches from Skewers, since we discovered it back in February. Still great, with a side of fries, for $8.75 per serve.

Dinner

We strongly prefer the Duck Breast to the Leg, although the Leg is good, and now we have fine tuned the frying off of the skin to perfection. The rendered Duck Fat is used to cook the Garlic Bok Choy.

  • Soba Noodles are $3.29 and we used about ⅓ or 55c per serve
