Lunch
While we can’t get to the Netherlands at the moment, we decided to try an Uitsmijer: a Ham, Cheese and Fried Egg open faced sandwich. While the recipe calls for buttering the toast, we swapped in Dijon Mustard.

- Eggs average 57c per serve
- Dijon adds 24c per serve.
Like a lot of Dutch food, the basic Uitsmijer was kind of boring. The mustard was the best part! Satisfying but dull for $2.73 per serve.
Dinner
We heated the left overs from our recent Red Wine and Mushroom Meatloaf with Cauliflower Gnocchi in a Blue Cheese Sauce for $5.27 per serve.
